Hello. I have PDF Creator 4.0.1 installed on Windows 10 1809. When printing to PDF Creator from Chrome, I get the error message "Internal Ghostscript error (29100)". This just started today, earlier in the day I was able to print with no issues.

More often than not, a scan lands in the hot folder and nothing happens. It can sit there for hours with no action taken on it. I need open up the Hot Folder tray app, stop it, start it, then everything goes through correctly.

We only use this for a couple scans per day and on some days none at all. I can confirm that the software is running the entire time.
