We've used your product for about 3 years now and our users do this daily.
One of our users is merging 3 pdfs into 1 pdf with adobe, then removing a page, then prints to multipage tiff.
However when it prints and the image opens the start of the document is halfway down the first page.
We've rebooted, checked adobe and pdfcreator both are on latest versions. Any idea what might cause this to happen?
